Process & Timeline
How long does a modular kitchen installation take?
A standard modular kitchen takes 7–15 working days from order confirmation to handover. This includes fabrication at our factory and on-site installation. Complex kitchens with island counters may take up to 20 days.
What does the free 3D design include?
Our free 3D design service includes a detailed 3D render of your space, optimized layout suggestions, material & finish options, and a fixed-price quotation — all before you commit to anything.
Do you handle civil work (tiles, plumbing, electrical)?
We specialize in modular furnishings and civil work is not included in our scope. However, we can recommend trusted civil contractors and coordinate timelines to ensure smooth execution.
Do I need to visit the showroom, or can I consult online?
You can start with a video consultation — our designer will collect measurements remotely and share 3D designs online. A showroom visit is recommended before finalizing, but not mandatory.
Products & Materials
What materials do you use for kitchen carcasses?
We use BWR (Boiling Water Resistant) grade plywood or HDF (High Density Fibreboard) for carcasses — both are termite-treated and moisture resistant. We never use MDF for load-bearing structures.
Which hardware brands do you use?
We use Hettich (Germany) and Blum (Austria) hardware for all hinges, drawer channels, and lift systems. These brands carry their own 10-year warranty and are the gold standard in modular furniture hardware.
What finish options do you offer?
We offer: Premium Laminates (matte, gloss, woodgrain, solid), Acrylic High Gloss, PU (Polyurethane) paint finish, and Natural Veneer. Samples are available at our showroom.
Do you offer anti-termite treatment?
Yes — all carcasses receive anti-termite treatment as a standard part of our manufacturing process. This is included in the base price.
Pricing & Payment
How is the pricing structured?
Our price includes: design, material, fabrication, delivery, and installation. Pricing is per-running-foot for kitchens and per-square-foot for wardrobes. You receive a written, fixed-price quotation before work begins.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. Our quotes are comprehensive — what you see is what you pay. The only additions possible are scope changes you request after confirmation, which will be quoted separately before execution.
Do you offer EMI or financing?
Yes — we offer 0% EMI through HDFC Bank, Bajaj Finserv, ICICI Bank, and Axis Bank for orders above ₹50,000. Our team will assist with documentation.
What is the payment schedule?
Standard schedule: 40% advance at order confirmation, 50% before delivery, 10% after installation completion. Adjustments can be discussed for large projects.
Warranty & After-Sales
What warranty do you provide?
We provide a 10-year manufacturing warranty on all modular products against defects in material and workmanship. Hardware warranties are as per manufacturer terms (Hettich/Blum: 10 years).
What happens if something breaks after installation?
Our post-install support team is available for 10 years after handover. Call or WhatsApp us — minor issues are typically resolved within 48–72 hours. Parts replacement is covered under warranty for manufacturing defects.
Do you provide maintenance service?
Yes — we offer paid annual maintenance contracts for kitchen and wardrobe systems. Ask our team for details after your project is complete.
Area & Eligibility
Which areas of Mumbai do you serve?
We serve all of Mumbai and MMR — including Andheri, Bandra, Juhu, Powai, Borivali, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Virar and more. Travel charges may apply for locations beyond 35 km from our Andheri showroom.
Can you do a project in a rented apartment?
Absolutely. We do many projects in rented flats. We recommend discussing with your landlord beforehand, as modular units are screwed (not cemented) and can be partially dismantled if needed.
